ABOUT

From the Valais mountains to the best glasses in the country

Gin d'EI was born from a return to the essentials:
to create a gin that has meaning, taste and character.

“D’Ei” is a way of saying “from here” in Valaisan dialect, a way of claiming one’s roots.

The marker-shaped label evokes a symbolic geolocation: that of taste.

• LET'S TALK ABOUT IT

• The origin of a solar gin

From a Valaisan mountain chalet to the menu of great establishments

It all begins in the heart of the Valais mountains. Up there, in a mountain pasture surrounded by apricot trees, Anouck and her family harvest, work, and ferment. Very early on, she discovers the pleasure of transforming matter, of distilling the essence of things.

After ten years in England, a Bachelor's degree in Wine Business (viticulture/oenology) and a specialization in spirits, Anouck returned home with a clear desire: to create the gin she dreamed of drinking. A gin with character, straightforward, yet subtle.

The first batch — 500 bottles for three years — sold out in three months. Gin d'Ei was born.

Shall we have a toast together?

Gin d'Ei has already won over the finest homes. What if it were your turn?

We invite you to a private tasting to discover the unique alchemy of our gin.

A Swiss gin, from root to bottle

At D'Ei, quality is not claimed. It is proven.

Our base alcohol is 100% Swiss, derived from CH11 sugar beet, renowned for its purity and finesse.
Each batch is produced locally, in small quantities, using traditional methods.

It is this discreet but constant requirement that makes all the difference in the glass and that allows it today to appear on the wine lists of specialist bars, mountain inns, palaces, and among enlightened enthusiasts.

• A rare blend, a perfect balance

A few drops to meet. A lifetime to remember.

Gin d'Ei rests in the tank while the aromas naturally blend together. It reveals the freshness of citrus fruits, the depth of spices, and the tension of juniper.

But what makes it unique is the iris root.  It's what gives the gin its ability to age and gain depth.

Gin d'Ei leaves a lasting impression on the palate.
